The Basic Plan
The Basic Plan offers you all the very basic features of the platform. It is great if you are using monday.com to organize your projects simply and to communicate and collaborate internally. The Basic Plan includes the following features:
- 1,000 contacts. You can create and keep track of up to 1,000 contacts, leads, deals, and more.
- Unlimited main boards. Main boards are accessible and visible to all your team members. You can create an unlimited number of main boards for your team and yourself. You also get access to our board templates.
- Templates for lead, contact, and deal management. The basic organization system of monday CRM is the entity boards. These boards have unique features that allow you to organize and manage your leads, contacts, and deals with expert timing and precision.
- 1 custom dashboard. Dashboards are a great way to display what's important in just one place. With 15 available widgets, members can now understand project progress, track budget, estimate your teammates' workload, and much more! In the Basic plan, you can create 1 custom dashboard. Your ability to analyze data across boards using dashboards is, therefore, limited on this plan.
- 5 columns per board. On the Basic Plan, you're allowed up to 5 columns per board.
- 20 quotes & invoices per month. You can create up to 20 quotes or invoices each month. To learn more, check out the Quotes & Invoices article.
- 1 workspace. Your team will only be allowed 1 workspace. To learn more, check out the workspaces article.
- AI credits trial. Every account receives a one-time trial of 6,000 AI credits. You can use these credits at any time for AI-powered actions across your account. Once the trial credits are used, you can purchase an AI credits add-on to continue using AI-powered actions. To learn more about AI credits and how they work, check out this article.
- Unlimited customizable pipelines. You can create unlimited, customizable pipelines on the Basic plan.
- Unlimited free viewers. You can invite as many viewers as you want to your account. This will not count towards your billing plan.
- Communication. You can communicate with your team members in context using @ mention. You can also create teams and manage all your files through the updates section of each item.
- Simple search function. You can use the board filter located on each of your boards to filter the tasks you are assigned to or to filter any specific information within your board. - Limited Column Center. Most of the columns in the column center are available on the Basic Plan, except the Formula Column and the Time Tracking Column. To learn more about our column choices, check out this article.
- Files View. The Files view allows you to see all the files uploaded within your board in one place. You can view them as a list or as thumbnails. From there, you can download the files, preview them, or open them in the connected update section.
- Forms View. Convert your boards into forms in just one click. Send them to your contacts and watch each submission roll in as a new item.

The Standard Plan
The Standard Plan is the most popular plan. It offers all the features included in the Basic Plan plus the following:
- 10,000 contacts. You can create and keep track of up to 10,000 contacts, leads, deals, and more.
- Advanced account, contact, & deal management. With the included product features and organization systems, you have advanced capabilities for managing your accounts, contacts, and deals.
- Activity management. Emails & Activities is an incredibly powerful tool for managing your relationships. Since client relationships are more than just emails, we’ve given you the power to keep track of all client activities with Email & Activities. With monday CRM, you have access to unique integration functionality with Gmail, Outlook, Zoom, etc. You have access to the two-way email integration with Gmail and Outlook.

- Shareable boards. Shareable Boards are boards that enable you to work with outside users (guests). They offer you the ability to share projects with your outside users without giving them access to your full account.

The Timeline view. The Standard Plan offers you access to the timeline view, which is a visual organization of your items arranged by date logged in the Timeline Column. Check out this article to see how it works.
- Gantt chart and widget. A Gantt chart is one of the most classic and useful ways of showing activities displayed against time! It is a horizontal bar chart that shows a project’s planned schedule and its tasks or events between a start and finish date. While the Gantt chart and widget are available on the Standard plan and up, the milestone and critical path features in the Gantt Chart view and widget are only available to Pro and Ultimate account holders.

Advanced filter search. With Search Everything, you can search for anything across all of your account (files, updates, items). You can also use the board filter to filter any information within a board.
- The Calendar View. The calendar view allows you to visualize all your tasks that have a date and/or timeline column in a calendar. You can customize your calendar view per day, week, or month. You can also decide which column you want to appear on your calendar.

The Pro Plan
The Pro Plan is the plan used for your trial. It is the most sophisticated plan that we offer. It includes everything in the Basic and Standard plans, plus the following features:

- Advance permission and restriction settings. You are able to control who can see and edit content with permissions and restrictions to both the board and individual columns.
- The Workload View. Add the workload view to your board and get a clear overview of how your team's work is divided! You can see at a glance who is over capacity and assign upcoming tasks accordingly. If needed, you can always reassign or change due dates to make sure everyone stays on target with the number of tasks they can complete within the given timeframe.

The Ultimate Plan
The Ultimate Plan is our most advanced plan. It includes all the features of the Pro Plan plus the following:

- The workflow builder. monday magic powers workflow builder, instantly generating automated processes to support your entire workflow using blocks on a blank canvas. The workflow builder includes automations and integrations, but they are not limited to a single board. Rather, they're built at the workspace level, spanning multiple boards. In this way, the workflows you build with the workflow builder will seamlessly pull together every element of your work, inside and outside the monday.com platform, to make your team more efficient.
- Content Directory. Content Directory lets you view and manage an account's content at a high level, which is crucial to keeping things organized and secure at all times.
- Pivot table. The Pivot Board will allow you to better analyze the different verticals of data within your board by slicing and dicing the information in any way that you wish. Being fully flexible and customizable, the pivot board will enable a deeper level of reporting and data analysis from many different perspectives.
- Ultimate-grade permissions & governance. Account permissions allow Ultimate account admins to control and manage who can use certain account features. Admins can set up permissions for different user types, customize admin-level permissions, and create custom roles for employees.
- Granular board permissions allow for the precise assignment of roles and permissions for board owners. This feature enables board owners to assign roles down to specific actions such as creating automations, adjusting forms, or adding groups.
- Closed workspaces are private and accessible only to the person who created them. Team members can join by invite or by requesting to join.
- Ultimate-grade security. With this plan, you have access to the panic button. The panic button allows you to momentarily block your account in case your team's login credentials have been compromised.
