What are monday products?
monday products offer pre-packaged, ready-to-use solutions for our most popular use cases so that you can get your work started right away. We currently offer three different products to address the needs of general workflow management, CRM, and software development, all while maintaining the ability for full connectivity between the products under the same account
Our three different product types available are:
A completely customizeable workflow management product that allows you to manage any type of task, project, and process to fuel team collaboration and productivity at scale.
The all-in-one CRM product that allows business owners and sales teams to manage all aspects of their sales cycle and customer data in one centralized place while increasing productivity significantly.
A product built for software development teams to collaborate together on product roadmaps, sprints, release plans, customer feedback, backlogs, and much more, while staying connected to other departments at all times.
When purchasing a paid plan, you can choose between either one of these products (or multiple!). To learn more about the product pricing, take a look at our monday products pricing and features article.
How product pricing works
Here are a few things to keep in mind when purchasing a product:
- When you purchase a product for your account, a new billing cycle is started.
- You can choose the number of seats you want to use with the product.
- The users who you intend to use monday sales CRM or monday dev with must also be on monday work management with you. Because of this, you always need to have, at least, the number of seats on monday work management that you intend to use with any of the other products.
- For example, if you want to use monday sales CRM with 15 people, you must have those 15 people on monday work management with you. You can choose instead to use monday sales CRM with 10 or 5 of those 15 people, but if you want to use monday sales CRM with 20 people, you will need to add 5 more seats to your monday work management plan.
How to pick your paid plan
To pick the right plan for you, you need to take into account three factors: the number of seats that you will be using on your monday.com account, the type of plan, and the duration of the plan.
1. Pick your subscription duration
We offer two types of subscriptions: monthly and yearly. The monthly plan allows you to pay month-by-month. The yearly plan is one payment that covers the following 12 months and it includes an 18% discount.
2. Select the number of seats
The pricing works per group of seats and not per seat. We call this bucket pricing. Our pricing plans start at a minimum of 3-seats, and then ascend in multiples of 5. If you have a team of 4 for instance, you should choose the 5 seat option. And if you have a team of 6, you will need to select the 10 seat plan. The price will display per month for the number of seats you select.
3. Pick your plan tier
Whatever you need, we have a plan for you. This article will help you better understand and compare plans. Click on the tile that represents your chosen plan to select it.
4. Check out
These selections will all determine the final price. Feel free to play around with your selections on the pricing page to see what you can expect.
