Why set up an Integration?

Ever feel like you're working on too many platforms? Do you want to be able to consolidate your work? We have the solution  🙌

With Integrations, you can turn your account into your personal work hub! Our Integrations allow you to seamlessly connect to external platforms. This is done by using predefined Integration flows that we've created for you to choose. How does it work? Keep reading to find out. 👇

How to add an Integration?

To add an Integration, go to the board you want to create an Integration for and click on the integration icon located on the upper left of your screen.



You will get to our Integrations center as seen below: 


Under "Add Integration," you'll be able to find a list of the fifteen platforms we currently connect with.

How to set up an integration?

Once you've picked the platform and integration flow you'd like to set up, you will need to add your parameters.
Anywhere in the flow which is underlined is a parameter. For our example, I'm using our Github integration. So, let's say that whenever a pull request is "opened in repository" is, based on the conditions we set, a new item will be created in a predefined group

How to map your conditions?

When setting your integration, you can select which data will be mapped into each column:


What's the Integration Column?

When creating a mapping based integration, the integration column will be added automatically with the tip that will explain the column purpose, to maintain the connection between the parameters in both apps:

How to edit or delete an Integration?

Once you have added integrations to your board, click on "Active Integrations" for a list of all of your integration flows. On an active integration, toggle the integration on and off using the switch icon. You can also use the pencil icon to edit the integration, the plug icon to edit the platform login credentials, or the trash can to delete it entirely.
 Tip: Click "Account Usage," located on the bottom left of integration screen, to track cross board integration usage.

Is there a platform you'd like to see integrate with? You can now suggest new integrations and integration flows right from within your account 👏

To add a suggestion, go to any board and click on the "New" button located on the upper left of the board. Select "Integration" from the drop-down, and scroll down to the bottom of the integration screen. Click "Suggest your own" and fill out the form.
