monday.com Integrations

Why set up an integration?

Ever feel like you're working on too many platforms? Do you want to be able to consolidate your work? We have the solution!  🙌

With Integrations, you can turn your monday.com account into your personal work hub! Our Integrations allow you to seamlessly connect monday.com to external platforms. This is done by using predefined Integration flows that we've created for you to choose from. How does it work? Keep reading to find out.

How to add an Integration

To add an Integration, go to the board you want to create an Integration for and click on the integration button located on the upper right of your screen.Group 64.png

 

You will get to our Integrations center as seen below: Group 65 (1).png

 

If you keep scrolling down, you'll be able to see banners of all of the platforms we currently connect with.

How to set up an integration

Once you've picked the platform and integration flow you'd like to set up, you will need to add your parameters.
Anywhere in the flow which is underlined is a parameter. For our example, I'm using our Github integration. So, let's say that whenever a pull request is "opened in repository", based on the conditions we set, a new item will be created in a predefined group. Group 64 (9).png
 

How to map your conditions

When setting your integration, you can select which data will be mapped into each column:Group 65 (8).png

   

What's the Integration Column?

When creating a mapping based integration, the integration column will be added automatically with the tip that will explain the column purpose, to maintain the connection between the parameters in both apps:

How to edit or delete an Integration

Editing or deleting an integration recipe
Once you have added integrations to your board, click on "Board Automations" for a list of all of your integration flows (which will be listed with any other automations you have already set up).
 
On an active integration, toggle the integration on and off using the switch icon. You can also use the three-dot menu to the right of the switch icon to access the pencil icon to edit the integration, the copy icon to duplicate it, the trash can to delete it entirely, and more options.Group 67.png
 
Editing an integration connection
To manage your integration connections, click on the "Connections" tab in the Automation center. There you'll see all of the apps that you're connected to. Choose which account you want to manage and click on the three dot menu on the right. Group 63 (3).png
If you want to change the account using the app integration, click on "reconnect." From there, you'll be able to choose a different email to connect. You can also remove an account completely by click on "delete."

And that's it!
Tip:  Click "Account Usage," located on the top right of the integration screen, to track cross-board integration usage.
