Project management & tracking
Roadmap tracker
Users can manage and visualize their team's roadmap and track the progress of tasks directly from any monday dev board. The Roadmap Tracker allows you to communicate your quarterly and yearly plans to stakeholders.

Kanban
In the monday dev Kanban View, when a user clicks on an item, they have the option of adding values to blank fields. Now users can also see more on each Kanban card with consolidated item cards and compact fields.
Epic breakdowns & insights
Users can get an overview of all tasks related to an Epic with a single click. All tasks now appear on a new Epic page under "Connected Boards" -> "All Tasks."

Sprint automations & overview
Users can add sprint automations directly from the sprint item and populate the information by activating the automation.

Agile Insights
Agile Insights is a set of charts available in the widget center of dev tasks boards that provides critical visibility into active sprint performance. The charts include:
- Velocity Chart: Track your team's work completed per sprint over time to identify trends and forecast future performance.
- Planned vs. Unplanned Chart: Analyze the distribution of work between planned and unplanned tasks to assess planning accuracy and identify improvement areas.
- Burndown Chart: With monday dev's burndown chart, you can automatically generate a graph representing the effort your team has made and has yet to complete from your Tasks board.

WIP Limit
We've introduced a new feature for Kanban users: Work in Progress (WIP) limits. This feature helps ensure teams aren't working on more tasks simultaneously than is efficient, preventing productivity loss from juggling too many items at once.

Task & issue management
Item card
Users can add descriptions into the item description field with rich text, and anyone can edit the description (not just the update author).

Performance monitoring
Engineering performance dashboard
The Engineering performance dashboard is a new feature for the GitHub integration that tracks sprint tickets alongside their Git status in GitHub. It offers more than just status updates by using data visualization to create a detailed sprint performance dashboard. This enables development teams to actively manage workflows, identify bottlenecks, and make informed, data-driven decisions during the sprint cycle.
