monday.com accounts that purchased a subscription to monday marketer or monday projects

We are integrating monday marketer and monday projects into monday work management, our core solution that allows teams to manage all aspects of their work.

This change will ensure accessibility to all your favorite features from monday marketer, monday projects, and so much more, all on one holistic platform 🙌

 

How it works 

Following the integration all of the features and functionalities you rely on in marketer and projects, will stay the same. The only change will be the monday work management name, logo, and color scheme of the product.
We want to assure you that nothing has changed within your account and you will find all of your workflows, workspaces, automations, integrations, and boards exactly as you left them, without any required action on your side.

Note: If you have shared links to your boards or workspaces, the links remain intact and will direct the user to the same page within your newly integrated work management space. 

 

Access your templates

You and your team will continue to enjoy the same capabilities and user experience that you are accustomed to within monday projects and monday marketer, with all of your favorite templates available to you in the template center. Additionally, you will also get more advanced work management capabilities to enhance your productivity, with exciting new features to look forward to.

The integration timeline 

Upon your next renewal, you will no longer pay for your subscription to monday marketer and monday projects, and the products will function as usual up until the integration. Reminders and supporting resources will also be sent to you prior to the integration to ensure you feel prepared for the changeover.

To ensure continued efficiency in your workflow and productivity, all features previously used in monday marketer will be available to you in your monday work management account, including:

  • Annotations on multiple file types
  • Version control
  • Files preview and video player
  • Marketing flow templates
  • Digital asset management

To access your favorite project templates, click on the “+” icon in the top left-hand corner of your workspace navigation bar, and select “Template center”.

From within the template center, select the “Project Management” tab on the left-hand side, and scroll through the available project management templates. Click on the template of your choice, and click “Use template” in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

Additionally, monday Work Management will offer enhanced management capabilities to improve the productivity of all of your marketing activities. These features include:

To access your favorite project templates, click on the “+” icon in the top left-hand corner of your workspace navigation bar, and select “Template center”.

When are these changes occurring? 

The integration will only occur in the weeks proceeding your next renewal. Leading up to the integration nothing will change in your account and you will maintain continued access to monday marketer and monday projects, as per usual. 

 

What are the benefits of this integration for my team?
The integration will provide a more cohesive and streamlined experience, with all your work management needs in one platform. You'll have access to enhanced features and a broader range of templates, improving your team's productivity and efficiency.

 

Will there be new features added to monday work management?
Yes, along with all the existing features from monday marketer and monday projects, monday work management will offer new and enhanced capabilities, including advanced dependencies, resource management, and portfolio management. What will I see in my next invoice? 

Upon your renewal, you will see the standard pricing that you pay for your subscription to monday work management, with a complete deduction to your subscriptions to monday marketer and monday projects.

 

Will my account settings stay the same? 

All of your account settings and permissions will remain intact with the integration to work management, and your account will function as usual. 

 

How will I be made aware of the integration? 

A few weeks prior to the integration, you, the admin, will receive an email notification to inform you of the upcoming integration. There will also be in-platform communication to users to inform them of the change. Furthermore, you will receive communication after the integration to inform you of the implemented changes. 

 

What action is required on my end? 

We would like to affirm that no action is required on your end. All of your data and content will be automatically transferred to work management, and you will find your work as you left it. This includes:

  • Settings and permissions on your account 
  • Teams 
  • Workspaces 
  • Folders 
  • Boards 
  • Docs
  • Dashboards
  • Links to boards

What will happen to workflows, automations, and other integrations already in the account?

All of your workflows, processes, automations, and integrations will remain connected and intact. They will be automatically transferred to work management for you, without any additional action required on your end. 

 

What will happen to guests and viewers on my account?

All of your account settings and permissions will remain the same, including those set for the guests and viewers on your account.
