The Brand and assets kit in monday campaigns helps you define and manage your brand identity all in one place. By saving your logos, colors, and images, you can easily reuse consistent brand assets when creating email campaigns, without needing to upload the same files again and again.
What the Brand & assets kit does
The Brand & assets kit is made up of two main parts that work together to keep your emails on-brand:
- Brand & assets settings – where you define your brand identity, including logos, colors, and images
- Email editor integration – where your saved brand assets are available to use while building emails
How to access the Brand & assets kit
Click on the Brand & assets section in the left pane menu of monday campaigns. To make changes, you’ll need campaign management permissions.
Brand and assets tabs
Inside the Brand & assets left pane menu option, you’ll find two tabs:
- Brand – where you manage your logos and color palette
- Assets – where you store reusable brand images for your emails

AI brand extraction
AI brand extraction helps you get started faster by automatically pulling brand assets directly from your company website without the need for you to do it manually.
Click on the Extract assets with AI button and then add the URL that contains your company assets. It will extract logos, brand images, and color palette suggestions.
Once you click on Extract brand assets, if there are several options to choose from, you'll be prompted to choose the exact assets you want from the selection extracted.
After you upload these, you will see the Brand and Assets tabs populated with the extracted logos and colors (up to five suggested images are shown). You can add and delete as needed.
Saved assets are then added to your brand kit. When new assets are added through AI extraction, you’ll see a badge on the Assets tab that highlight them.
Manually uploading your brand and assets
Color palette
To add a color, click Add color and then choose a color using the color picker or enter a hex code (for example, #FF5500). Select a color type from the dropdown and then click on Save.
Available color types include:
- Primary – your main brand color
- Secondary – a supporting brand color
- Accent – a highlight color
- Text color – used for text
- Other – any additional colors
Keep in mind:
- Only one color is allowed per type, except for Other
- If you add a second Primary color, the system automatically handles the update
This keeps your color palette clean and easy to manage.
To edit colors, click on the three-dot menu on a color card and select Edit or Delete. You can update the hex value or change the color type at any time.
Logo management
To upload a logo, click the upload area in the logo section and then drag and drop a file or browse to select one.
File requirements
The maximum file size you can upload is 10 MB, while the supported formats are PNG, JPG, GIF, and SVG.
These are the types of logos you can include:
- Primary logo – your main brand logo (one allowed)
- Secondary logos – alternative versions (multiple allowed)
To replace a logo, click on the three dot menu on an existing logo and click on Update. Then upload a new file to replace it.
Assets tab
The Assets tab is used for storing reusable brand images (excluding logos) and for making sure images are available in the email editor.
Adding assets
To add new assets, click on the + Upload button:
Select an image file, making sure not to exceed the maximum size of 10 MB. Supported file formats include PNG, JPG, GIF, and SVG.
Managing assets
Each image appears as a card with a preview and name. Use the three-dot menu on each card to delete assets you no longer need.
Using brand assets in emails
When you add or change an image in an email template, your saved brand assets will be available directly in the image picker.
To add your image to the email campaign:
1 Open an email campaign in the template editor
2 Add or select an image block
3 Choose an image from your brand assets
4 Click Add to block
Brand assets are reusable across all emails, while images uploaded directly in the editor are only available in that specific email.
Permissions
The Brand and assets kit features require campaign management permissions. If you don’t have edit access, you’ll still be able to view brand settings.
