The Sidekick mobile app is a dedicated, standalone experience that brings the full power of monday Sidekick directly to your phone. Available on both iOS and Android, the app lets you work with Sidekick on the go while staying seamlessly connected to your monday account and the main monday mobile app.
With the Sidekick mobile app, you can think, create, and take action using AI wherever you are while keeping your work and conversations fully in sync.

With built-in readbacks and confirmations for impactful changes, you can safely complete tasks using your voice.
How to download the app
You’ll be able to download the Sidekick mobile app in two places:
- On the web: A QR code will appear in Sidekick’s mini home, allowing you to scan and download the app instantly.
- In the monday mobile app: You’ll see an in-app banner inviting you to try the new Sidekick mobile app.

Agents in mobile
Use monday agents on the go with the Sidekick app. With the app you can:
- Scroll through the list of your available agents and select which you want to work with
- Chat with your agent about iterations, tasks, and any other interactions you'd have with your agent via chat on the web.
Limitations
As of now, agents cannot be created or edited on the app. You must first create your agent on the web in order to use them on the mobile app.
Usage limits
Your Sidekick usage limits apply across both web and mobile. Messages and actions are counted together, so using Sidekick on mobile and web draws from the same daily allowance.
Current limitations
While the Sidekick mobile app delivers a powerful experience, there are a few limitations to be aware of:
- Personalization options (such as defining a specific role or persona for Sidekick) aren’t available yet.
- Authentication for integrations can’t be completed on mobile. You’ll need to connect integrations like Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, or Slack on the web first before using them in the mobile app.
- Integrations with monday magic and monday vibe aren’t supported yet.

I’m paying for Sidekick on the web, but I don’t see it on mobile. Why?
If you’re subscribed to Sidekick on the web but don’t see it on mobile, make sure you’re logged into the same monday account on both platforms.
Sidekick mobile is available only for accounts where Sidekick is enabled on the web.
Where can I access Sidekick in the main mobile app?
Sidekick is still available at the board and item level within the main monday mobile app, just as it was before. The new Sidekick mobile app provides an additional, dedicated experience for working with Sidekick on the go.
