The monday agents app is a dedicated, standalone experience that lets you chat with monday sidekick and any monday AI agent you own or have access to, directly from your phone. Available on both iOS and Android, the app keeps you connected to your monday account and the main monday mobile app while you work on the go.

With the monday agents app, you can think, create, and take action using AI wherever you are while keeping your work and conversations fully in sync.

Voice mode

Voice mode lets you interact with sidekick or an agent using natural speech, so you can work faster and stay hands-free when needed.

It understands context, responds quickly with clear voice output, and confirms important actions before carrying them out, giving you confidence and control.

With built-in readbacks and confirmations for impactful changes, you can safely complete tasks using your voice. Select the microphone icon in the message box to start.

How to download the app

You'll be able to download the monday agents app in two places:

• On the web: A QR code will appear in sidekick's mini home, allowing you to scan and download the app instantly.
  
• In the monday mobile app: You'll see an in-app banner inviting you to try the monday agents app.
• On iOS devices: select this link to download from the Apple App Store
• On Android devices: select this link to download from the Play Store

Managing your chats

At the top of each chat, whether with sidekick or an AI agent, you can view outputs generated during your chats (including from sessions on the web), start a new chat, and access your past chats from both the web and the app.

In the message box, type @ to bring a board or doc into your conversation as context.

Agents in mobile

Use monday AI agents on the go with the monday agents app. With the app you can:

• Browse your available agents and select the one you want to work with.
• Chat with your agent about iterations, tasks, and any other interactions you'd have with your agent via chat on the web.
• Create a new agent directly from the app by describing what you want it to do, or by choosing a suggested role.

You can iterate on your agent's instructions directly through chat in the app. For full configuration, including triggers, knowledge and access, tools, and model selection, open your agent's Brain tab on the web.
 

Usage limits

Your sidekick usage limits apply across both web and mobile. Messages and actions are counted together, so using sidekick on mobile and web draws from the same daily allowance.

Agent activity in the app consumes AI credits, the same as on web.

Current limitations

While the monday agents app delivers a powerful experience, there are a few limitations to be aware of:

• Authentication for integrations can't be completed on mobile. You'll need to connect integrations like Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, or Slack on the web first before using them in the app.
• Integrations with monday magic and monday vibe aren't supported yet.

Pricing and availability

The monday agents app follows the same consumption and pricing model as sidekick and agents on the web.

FAQs

I'm paying for sidekick on the web, but I don't see it on mobile. Why?

Make sure you're logged into the same monday account on both platforms. The monday agents app is available only for accounts where sidekick is enabled on the web.

Where can I access sidekick in the main mobile app?

Sidekick is still available at the board and item level within the main monday mobile app, just as before. The monday agents app provides an additional, dedicated experience for working with sidekick and agents on the go.

Can I create a new agent directly from the app?

Yes. Describe what you want your agent to do or choose a suggested role, and the app sets it up for you.

Can I edit an agent's full configuration, like triggers or tools, from the app?

No. You can chat with your agent and iterate on its instructions from the app, but full configuration, including triggers, knowledge and access, tools, and model selection, requires the Brain tab on web.

Is my chat history shared between web and the app?

Yes. Chat history and outputs are available across both the web and the app, for sidekick and for any agent.
