Currently, monday campaigns offers two plans: the Pro plan and the Enterprise plan.
The most notable difference between the two plans is the number of contacts and email sends available to you and your team.
Plans
There are two plans for monday campaigns, Pro and Enterprise.
Pro
The Pro plan has everything you need to take your email marketing campaigns to the next level:
- 2,000 marketing contacts by default, can grow with your needs
- 10x your contacts marketing email sends per month (for example, 2000 marketing contacts means 20,000 marketing emails)
- Access to the campaign manager, email scheduling, including scheduling delivery according to time zones
- Access to a drag and drop email builder to create sleek messaging
- Engagement analytics post-send
- Segment management with tags, columns, and a limited number of segments
- Access to email templates created by our designers for your customization, as well as the ability to create your own custom email templates
- Access to our 24/7 support tools, including all self-service options and our customer knowledge base
- Security features for peace of mind, like GDPR compliance
- A free monday domain to send your emails from
- The ability to connect your own domain and send emails from there
Enterprise
The Enterprise plan is for marketing moguls. It includes all components of the Pro plan, plus:
- 10,000 marketing contacts by default, can grow with your needs
- 15x your contacts marketing email sends per month (for example, 10000 marketing contacts means 150,000 marketing emails)
- A dedicated IP address to increase deliverability
- Unlimited access to email templates and unlimited segments
- Create customer journeys using our state of the art monday workflow builder
Key differences
There are some key differences between the Pro and Enterprise plans:
Pro
- 10 emails per contact per month
- up to 5 workflows
- up to 52K contacts
Enterprise
- 15 emails per contact per month
- up to 250 workflows
- up to 100K contacts
- a dedicated IP included
What happens if you need to send more than 10 or 15 emails per month to a contact?
Email limits are pooled across your entire contact list. While the general allowance is 10x/15x your total contact count, this is not a strict limit per individual contact.
You can distribute your total monthly email volume however you choose—even if that means sending more emails to a single contact—so long as you stay within your overall monthly limit.
Marketing contacts
You can have a certain number of contacts listed as marketing contacts in your contacts database. Once you mark a contact as a marketing contact, it will be counted as one contact for the full monthly billing cycle. If you unmark it, this change will not be reflected until the next monthly billing cycle.
