monday CRM agents are built into your monday CRM. These agents are your AI agentic workforce that executes at scale on your behalf.
The AI Sales Agent runs initial discovery and hands off to a human for follow-up. Your agent can perform personalized outreach with phone calls and SMS, ensuring every lead is contacted at the right moment with the right message. It can also coordinate follow-up scheduling.
This allows you to save time on outreach while improving lead response rates and accelerating pipeline growth.

monday CRM agents are built into your monday CRM. These agents are your AI agentic workforce that executes at scale on your behalf.
The AI Lead Agent sources, adds, and enriches prospects based on your ideal customer profile (ICP). Based on the schedule you set, your agent can retrieve new leads for you on a regular basis. Overall, your agent will act on your behalf to save time on data collection and recording while improving lead response rates.

To Autofill with AI, click on the three-dot menu to the right of the column header, then select the option from the list:

Customize your action
Once you've selected an action, fill in the rest of the details to preview your results:
When you're satisfied with the preview results, click Save. Now, your AI-powered column will be ready to use. Your chosen action will apply to all existing items and any new items you add to your board.
