As the account admin, you can download your entire account's data to your device. This will download all the boards in the account, including shareable and private boards, as well as any files that have been uploaded to your boards.

Note: Exporting your account's data, especially on larger accounts, may take up to 24 hours to complete.

Export your account's data

Click on your profile picture located at the top right corner of your screen and select Administration: 

Click on the General tab from the left panel menu, and click on the Account tab from the expanded menu, as so:

Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page, where you will see the Export account data section. Click on Export. This will export all of the data (including shareable and private boards) in your account to a zip file.

You can also choose to exclude any files added to your boards by ticking the box above the export button. This will help speed up the export if you need it to download faster without attached files.

Note: Archived boards and workdocs are not supported when exporting the account data. It is advisable to export your workdocs as a PDF before exporting your account data as not to lose them in the process. 

Once you click Export, you will receive a message indicating that the export is in progress and will take up to 24 hours.

Note: You can export all of your account's data once every 24 hours.  Each time you do this, all admins on your account will be notified.

You will then receive an email with a link to download all your account data as a zip file to your computer. Click Download here as so: 

This link will only be valid for 24 hours from the time you receive the email. After 24 hours, you may repeat this process from the beginning to receive a new link.

Limitations

• For now, this action doest not include Dashboards,but their data all comes from boards that will be exported in your zip file
  
• The Emails & Activities timeline is currently not supported when exporting the account data
