What is Rewind?

Rewind is a dedicated backup solution that automatically saves your monday boards, updates, and more. That way, you're always in control in the rare case that you ever need to restore anything.

If you prefer not to worry about manual exports, Rewind comes in handy by backing up your entire monday account automatically. That way, you can restore your data should the need arise, any time you need to.

How to export your entire account's data

To use Rewind, navigate to the monday marketplace page for Rewind and click on Install app: 

Decide whether you'd like to use the app on all workspaces or on a specific workspace and click on Install:

Next, choose the workspace you'd like to use the app on and click on Add app:

Next, authorize Rewind Backups for monday.com:

Select your Data Region where you'd like to store and process your data and click on Submit:

After you submit, the Rewind app will begin your backup process:

From this page, you can view your event history, all backed up items, use Advanced Restore to restore data back to a specific date and time, and view your backup statistics.
