Permissions and compliance

Can I disable monday vibe for my account?

You can disable monday vibe on your account by disabling all AI features in the Administration section.

To enable or disable AI features on the entire account:

1Click on your profile picture in the top right-hand corner of the page and choose Administration

2Click AI governance on the left pane menu, then click on AI permissions

3Locate the Enable AI features option and toggle between On and Off as needed

If you are not an account admin, you must contact your account admin in order to enable AI features.

Can I restrict who can use monday vibe?

Enterprise accounts have the option to grant the ability create or edit Vibe apps, and to publish Vibe apps only to specific user roles.

This permission is enabled for admins by default and closed by default to all other user roles.

Managing Vibe usage 

Admins can monitor Vibe app usage across the account from the AI governance tab in the Administration section. The Vibe apps tab gives you a clear picture of how your team is using Vibe capabilities over time, including adoption trends and active app usage.

monday vibe is available to all paying monday customers with AI capabilities enabled in the Administration section.

How much does monday vibe cost?

monday vibe uses AI credits for AI-powered messaging within vibe apps. Credit consumption is approximately 30 credits per message, and may vary depending on the complexity of the message.

Customers who purchase AI credits receive free live Vibe apps based on their plan:

• Standard: 2 live apps
• Pro: 3 live apps
• Enterprise: 5 live apps
