How to cancel a monday product

Looking to cancel a product on your monday.com account? We've got you covered! This article will guide you through canceling a product's paid plan or removing a product that’s still on a free trial. If you want to completely cancel and close your account, refer to this article.

 

Cancel your product's paid plan

Start by clicking on your profile picture and choose "Administration" from the menu.

Select "Billing" in the left-hand menu. In the "Overview" section that opens up, find your product, click on the three-dot menu next to it, and choose "Cancel product" as so:

You will see a message asking you to select your reason for canceling. To continue, choose a reason. You are welcome to provide some details, but you aren't required to provide details to proceed with the cancellation.

Once you have selected a reason, click "Cancel product plan".

The next screen shows your plan’s end date. To confirm the cancellation, click "Cancel plan renewal".

Note: Canceling one of the products on your account won't cancel the entire account.

 

After canceling the plan renewal, you can continue using the product until the plan's end date. Once the plan ends, the product will move to a 7-day free trial. After the trial expires, the product will become inactive, and you and your team will no longer have access.

Yes! You can reactivate a canceled plan anytime before its end date. Simply click the three-dot menu next to the canceled product and select "Reactivate plan":

Reactivating the plan will resume the product's previous billing cycle.

 

Delete a product on a free trial

Important note: You will not be able to delete a product before its trial or subscription expires. Until then, the delete option will be greyed out. Rest assured, you won’t be automatically charged for a subscription once the trial ends.

 

Trialing a monday.com product but decided it's not for you? Want to remove it from your account for a cleaner billing overview? Continue reading this section to learn how.

First, go to the admin section and click 'Billing' on the left-hand menu. Here, you’ll see all your account’s products—both purchased and trialing. Follow these two steps to delete a trial product:

  1. Click on the three-dot menu in the top right corner of the product tile.
  2. Select "Delete product" to remove it from your account.
