Before we created monday workflows, Integrations were one of the most powerful tools available on monday.com. Now, we've added the ability to integrate into monday workflows. Everyone loves a power couple! 👯
We've started by adding the most highly requested integrations to monday workflows, but this is only the beginning! We're currently in the process of adding the ability to integrate with more platforms. Read on to learn more.
Slack
The Slack Integration is the most used monday.com integration, so we added it first.
When building your workflow, you can add the Slack integration block: "Notify in channel"
With the "Notify in channel" action block, you can connect your Slack account and set up an automated notification to a specific channel:
Limitations
There are a few limitations when integrating monday workflows with Slack. You can only send automated notifications with Slack to one channel at a time. Sending a notification to multiple channels with one action block is not supported at the moment. However, we're working on it!
Gmail
Our Gmail integration is one of our most used integrations. We're excited to offer the ability to integrate with Gmail.
When building your workflow, you can add the Gmail integration block: "Send email"
With the "Send email" action block, you can connect your Gmail account and set up an automated email:
Limitations

Outlook
Our Outlook integration is another one of our most used integrations. We're excited to offer the ability to integrate with Outlook.

Microsoft Teams
We're excited to offer the ability to integrate with Microsoft Teams. When building your workflow, you can add the Microsoft Teams integration block: "Notify in channel"
To set up the integration, you can choose your account from the first drop down menu. If you haven't integrated your Microsoft Teams account yet, click + Add new account to begin set up:
Then, choose your Team, your Channel, and write the Message that you wish to send to the channel using the integration in your workflow.
There are a few limitations when integrating monday workflows with Microsoft Teams. You can only send an automated message to a channel at this time. We're currently working to make it possible for you to send an automated message to individual recipients. Stay tuned!
