If you are an admin of the account, you are able to manage and update your payment details from the billing page. In this article, we will cover how to add your VAT ID prior to purchasing a subscription and how to update your VAT ID if you are already a paying user.
Adding VAT before purchase
Whenever you purchase a monday.com subscription, you have the option to add your VAT ID prior to paying. Start by filling in your credit card details. Once you pick your country, the option to add your Tax ID or VAT ID will appear at the bottom on the left:
The tax or VAT will be deducted from the total cost listed on the right. Next, submit your purchase and you're all set!
Updating my VAT ID number
As an admin, you can update your VAT ID at any point. Here's how:
- Click on your avatar
- Select "Administration"
- Click on the "Billing" tab and then "Settings"
- Change your VAT ID and click on "Update"
When you enter your VAT ID on the platform, this will automatically generate a request to apply the VAT ID to all eligible invoices within the same calendar year and to process a refund on those applicable VAT charges. No additional action is required! We will follow up directly with a confirmation.
