If you are an admin on your account, you will have access to data regarding engagement for all users and the account's storage data. In this article, we'll go over the Usage stats on your account and everything it offers. Let's check out how it works. 👇
Locating the administration section
To get to the Usage stats section, you first have to find the administration section. You can do so by clicking on your profile picture in the top right corner of your screen. From the resulting menu, select "Administration" as so:
Insights
Once in the admin section, choose "Usage stats" from the left-hand menu. The insights tab will be the first one to open. It provides you with robust statistics, analytics, and insights into your monday.com account usage.
Storage Stats
If you want to know how much storage you have available in your account, you can find it here as part of the "Storage" tab within the "Usage stats" section. This page shows the amount of storage you have left and the file types that have been uploaded so far. The file types are listed by the amount of space used.

Automation Stats
Our automations stats page shows usage stats of the past month in terms of automation use. You can see how many actions were used out of the total available to be used, active automations, creators, boards, and active workflows.
Integrations Stats
Our integrations stats page shows integration usage stats for the past month. You can see how many actions were used out of the total available, active integrations, creators, boards, and active workflows.
Advanced Usage Stats
If you'd like to understand more statistics about your account usage, the "Advanced" tab will show you additional information, such as the top updated boards, the top contributing users on your account, and more!
The Trending boards in the last month widget shows the top boards for the last month, sorted by the number of items and updates created on them.
The Top creator in the last month widget shows the top users who have created items on the account. The numbers shown are the number of items these users have created in the weeks shown at the top of each column.
The Top communicators in the last month widget shows the top users who have posted updates in an item’s updates feed in the past month. The numbers shown are the number of updates these users have created in the weeks shown at the top of each column.
Platform API
The API analytics dashboard helps you track and manage your account’s API usage by providing insights into daily usage, trends, and top contributors. Since monday.com accounts have a daily API call limit based on plan tier, this dashboard helps you monitor consumption and optimize calls efficiently. The "Current API usage" widget displays the number of calls made toward your daily limit, while the "Daily API usage trends" widget tracks usage patterns over the past 14 days.
To better understand usage distribution, the dashboard also includes "API usage by top users" and "API usage by top apps" widgets, highlighting the top contributors over the past two weeks. With data refreshing approximately every 10 minutes, you can stay informed and ensure your API usage remains within limits.
