If you are an account admin, you will have access to engagement data for all users and to the account's storage data. In this article, we'll go over the Usage stats on your account and what it offers.
Locating the administration section
To get to the Usage stats section, you first have to find the administration section. You can do so by clicking on your profile picture in the top right corner of your screen. From the resulting menu, select Administration:
Insights
Once in the admin section, choose Usage stats from the left-hand menu. The insights tab will be the first one to open. It provides you with robust statistics, analytics, and insights into your monday.com account usage.
Storage Stats
If you want to know how much storage you have available in your account, you can find it in the Storage tab of the Usage stats section. This page shows the storage you have left and the file types uploaded so far. The file types are listed by the amount of space used.

Automation Stats
Our Automations stats page shows usage stats for the past month. You can see how many actions were used out of the total available, along with active automations, creators, boards, and active workflows.
Integrations Stats
Our Integrations stats page shows integration usage stats for the past month. You can see how many actions were used out of the total available, active integrations, creators, boards, and active workflows.
Platform API
The API analytics dashboard helps you track and manage your account’s API usage by providing insights into daily usage, trends, and top contributors. Since monday.com accounts have a daily API call limit based on plan tier, this dashboard helps you monitor consumption and optimize calls efficiently. The Current API usage widget displays the number of calls made toward your daily limit, while the Daily API usage trends widget tracks usage patterns over the past 14 days.
To better understand usage distribution, the dashboard also includes API usage by top users and API usage by top apps widgets, highlighting the top contributors over the past two weeks. With data refreshing approximately every 10 minutes, you can stay informed and ensure your API usage remains within limits.
Advanced Usage Stats
Want a deeper look at how your account is being used? The Advanced tab gives you extra insights, including your most active boards and users.
You'll see widgets like Trending boards, Top creators, and Top communicators, showing which boards are getting the most activity and who’s contributing the most, based on items and updates created over the past month. Each column reflects weekly totals to help you spot trends over time.
Managed template usage dashboard
You can now access a usage dashboard that clearly shows all managed template activity across the account. This includes the total number of templates, the number of instances in use, and which templates are used most often:
The dashboard helps prevent unexpected issues by showing when you’re approaching or have reached your template limit, so you can take action before workflows are disrupted. It also makes it easier to understand how templates are being used and manage them more effectively across the account.
AI credits usage
To track your account’s AI credits consumption, head to the AI governance section in monday administration. From there, you can review AI credit consumption, track Vibe and Notetaker usage, and manage usage limits for your account. Use the export options in AI usage if you need a deeper breakdown.
