Use the power of monday AI directly within monday campaigns with AI suggestions, which auto-generate campaigns based on sales insights and external data, so you can streamline your campaign process with minimal effort.

Create an AI-driven experience that analyzes sales call notes, adds external context, identifies the right audience, and builds a relevant campaign for you. It will also aggregate data from CRM into monday campaigns.

How to create AI generated campaigns

Search through the AI suggestions and choose the one that suits your needs. Then click on the Create campaign button.

You will then see the campaign being generated. This process may take a few minutes as the AI creates everything from start to finish:

Once generated, you can set up the rest of your campaign steps as you normally would, choosing the How, Audience, Sender, and When.

Start an AI campaign from your own prompt

Open monday campaigns and click + Create campaign. The Create campaign window gives you two options:

• An AI prompt box at the top (currently in Beta), where you can describe the campaign you want.
• A Create from scratch button at the bottom for when you want to build the campaign by hand.

Type a brief description of your campaign in plain language. The more specific you are about audience, tone, and the action you want the recipient to take, the better the result. Then click Create campaign to generate.

For example:

• "A welcome email for new sign-ups, friendly tone, with a link to our quick-start guide."
• "A re-engagement email for customers who have not logged in for 60 days, two short paragraphs and one button."
• "A monthly product update for our power users, highlighting three recent features."

How does AI generate campaigns?

The AI generated suggestions analyze your digital business environment and look for trends related to them. You can click on the three-dot menu on the suggestion card to View sources:

From there, you can take a look at the detailed source information and context for each AI generated insight.

If you have set up your Brand & assets kit, the AI automatically uses your logo, colors, and brand images, so the generated drafts come out on-brand without you having to specify them.

Improving AI suggestions

Make sure to rate the AI suggestion with a thumbs-up or thumbs-down so that insights continue to improve and recommendations become more fine-tuned.
