Add a WorkForm with AI

From within your Workspace, click on the + icon in the left-hand pane, select Form, and then New Form from the menu that appears. 

A text box will appear with the option to use AI to begin building your WorkForm. Click inside the text box, and various prompt options will appear. 

Create an AI prompt

When creating a prompt to generate a WorkForm, you have two options: You can either use the suggested prompt blocks or provide detailed information about your WorkForm.  

• Prompt blocks 

At the bottom of the text box, you will see prompt blocks, suggesting various types of forms that you can create. A description of the form's purpose will be generated inside the text box by clicking on one of the prompt blocks. 

Tip: You can also edit or add to the text produced by the prompt block to customize the prompt even further to suit your needs. 

If you are satisfied with the form's description, click the Generate preview button in the bottom right-hand corner. A preview of your WorkForm will be generated for you to review. 

• Describe your form 

Within the AI text box, you can create a prompt by describing what type of form you want and its purpose. Add as many points as needed to include all required information. When satisfied, click the Generate preview button in the bottom right corner. 

Note: When building your form with AI, conditional logic questions and content blocks can also be generated by describing what you would like to see in your form! 

Modify the WorkForm

Once you have a preview of your AI-generated WorkForm, you can easily make modifications to the preview by telling AI what to change! Using the text box in the left-hand panel, type any changes you would like to make to the form and press "Enter". 

Changes to the WorkForm can also include certain design changes, such as the background color of your form! Simply describe what you would like the form to look like and let the AI generator do the heavy lifting 💪

Beyond adding and changing questions, the AI WorkForm's generator can also modify certain design and question settings for you!

• Checkbox question- check by default
• Phone question- Prefix autofill and predetermined

Create the WorkForm

Once you are satisfied with the preview of your WorkForm, click on the Confirm button. Your WorkForm will then be created for you, incorporating all the predetermined questions from the preview. 

Edit your WorkForm

Once the WorkForm has been generated, you can edit the form using Sidekick! Simply ask Sidekick to make any necessary changes to the form, including structure, logic, content, and settings.
