The All Projects Dashboard, a feature exclusive to the portfolio management solution, gathers insights from every project connected to your portfolio and consolidates the data into a single, comprehensive dashboard view. With a set of ready-made, pre-configured widgets, it provides instant access to key metrics and eliminates the need for manual dashboard updates when projects are added or removed.
Add All Projects Dashboard
You can create an All Projects Dashboard by clicking the three dots next to your portfolio. Then, select "+Portfolio Components" and click "Add" next to "All Projects Dashboard":
The dashboard created will automatically connect and retrieve data from all projects in your portfolio, supporting up to 200 project boards at once!
Analyze cross-project data
To simplify the setup process, the dashboard includes a set of ready-made pre-configured widgets designed to highlight key metrics and insights. These widgets provide an immediate overview without the need for additional configuration. Quickly set up widgets by selecting columns from your connected boards all at once. Columns from different boards are automatically matched together based on type and name. You can customize the matching in the dashboard settings as so:
