The ZoomInfo integration lets you pull verified contact and company data directly into your monday CRM boards. Select one or more items, map the fields you want to populate, and ZoomInfo fills the matching columns automatically — keeping your CRM data accurate without manual research.

 

Before you begin

To use ZoomInfo enrichment, you need an active ZoomInfo account. You can connect it directly from within the enrichment flow — no separate setup is required beforehand.

Note: SSO authentication is not currently supported. Log in with your ZoomInfo username and password.

 

How to connect ZoomInfo and enrich items

1Open any board in monday CRM and select one or more items using the checkboxes on the left.

2Click Enrich in the action bar at the bottom of the screen.

3In the Enrich contacts panel, click the ZoomInfo account dropdown and select + Add connection.

4Enter your ZoomInfo credentials in the login window and click Log In. Once connected, your ZoomInfo account appears in the dropdown.

 

How to identify contacts

The How to identify contacts section tells ZoomInfo how to match your board items to ZoomInfo records. By default, it maps:

  • Full name to your board's Name column
  • Company name to your board's Company column

Make sure the columns you map contain accurate data for the best match results.

What data to bring

The What data to bring section lets you choose which ZoomInfo properties to pull in and which board column each one maps to. Three properties are included by default:

  • Email address mapped to the Email column
  • Phone number mapped to the Phone column
  • Job title mapped to the Title column

To bring in additional data, click + Add property and select from the available options.

For each property you add, choose the matching column on your board from the dropdown.

  • Last name
  • Mobile phone
  • Street
  • City
  • Region
  • Metro area
  • ZIP code
  • State
  • Country
  • Continent
  • Person has moved

 

Note: Your configuration is saved automatically. The next time you run enrichment on the same board, your account connection, contact matching, and field mappings are pre-filled.

 

Overwrite existing data

At the bottom of the panel, the Overwrite existing data toggle controls what happens when a column already has a value.

  • On (default) — ZoomInfo replaces the existing value with the incoming data.
  • Off — ZoomInfo only fills empty columns and skips any that already have a value.

Run the enrichment

Once your settings are configured, click Enrich X contacts (or leads) at the bottom of the panel. ZoomInfo looks up each selected item and writes the data to the mapped columns.

Note: Each enrichment consumes credits according to your ZoomInfo plan. Check your ZoomInfo account for your credit balance before running large enrichments. Costs are charged according to your ZoomInfo agreement.

 

Automate enrichment with the workflow builder

ZoomInfo enrichment can also be triggered automatically using the workflow builder. This is useful for enriching new contacts or leads as soon as they are added to a board, without any manual action.

1Open the workflow builder on your board.

2Set your trigger — for example, When item created.

3Add the Enrich Contact via ZoomInfo action.

4Connect your ZoomInfo account and configure the Match contact fields and What data to bring section, the same way you would in the manual flow.

5Click Publish to activate the workflow.

Once active, any new item added to the board is automatically enriched with ZoomInfo data based on your configuration.

Tip: For best match results, make sure your board's Name and Company columns are populated with accurate data before running enrichment.

 

FAQs

Do I need a ZoomInfo account to use ZoomInfo enrichment in monday CRM?

Yes. An active ZoomInfo account and subscription are required. You can connect your account directly from the enrichment panel — no separate setup is needed beforehand.

Will ZoomInfo overwrite data I already have in my board columns?

By default, yes — the Overwrite existing data toggle is on. Turn it off to have ZoomInfo skip columns that already have a value and only fill empty ones.

Can I enrich contacts automatically when they are added to a board?

Yes. Use the workflow builder to set up an automated enrichment flow triggered by When item created. Once active, new items are enriched with ZoomInfo data automatically.

Does ZoomInfo enrichment in monday CRM support SSO login?

SSO authentication is not currently supported. Log in with your ZoomInfo username and password when connecting your account.

Do I need to reconfigure ZoomInfo settings every time I run enrichment?

No. Your configuration is saved automatically per board. The next time you run enrichment on the same board, your account connection, contact matching, and field mappings are pre-filled.
