Are you looking to house multiple versions of a file in one place to help streamline your workflow? Take your file organization one step further with file versioning! Save multiple versions of your file in one centralized place so that the whole team is aligned at all times. 🙌
Locating the feature
To access the file versioning feature, you must first add the Files Column onto your board and upload documents directly there. Once done, click to preview one of the files and select "Versions".
From here, you can view any other versions of that file in order of the most recently added version to the oldest one. By clicking on each version, you can open up that given file to preview it, download it, add annotations and more!
Add or delete versions
To add another version of your file, click on the "Add version" button at the top right of the screen:
In terms of deleting versions, you can delete both the current version and previous versions of a file. You can also select previous versions to become the current version.
