Copper Integration

    Copper is a CRM tool that lives natively within G-suite and you can integrate with it via monday.com!

    Adding the Copper integration

    Note: Before you start setting up the integration on monday.com, be sure to enable leads in your Copper account. To do this, visit Settings > Leads > Enable leads. 

     

    To add the Copper integration, go to the board you want to create an Integration for and click on the Integrate button located on the upper right of your screen:  
    Once at at Automation center, look for the Copper integration banner:Group 64 - 2024-11-07T181716.619.png

    Once you click on the Copper integration banner, you will find the template that the integration offers: Screenshot 2024-11-07 at 18.17.51 1.png

     

    Once you click on the template, you will be asked to enter connect your monday.com account with your Copper account: Screenshot 2024-11-07 at 18.18.52 1.png

     

    You will then be asked to log in to your Copper account login credentials. you can find your API key by going to the Settings section in Coppers site and then click on Integrations, then API keys, and finally generate API key. 

     

    Once you've our token, you will get to the integration window. This is where you will be able to set up your automation. 2 1 1 (1).png

     

    After setting up your integration, you can select the information mapped to the item.
