You can now integrate your Intercom account directly with your monday.com account to streamline this communication with users to one place for the entire company to easily manage! 🎉
How to add it to your workflow?
Once you click on the Intercom integration banner you will find the recipe the integration currently offers:
When a conversation is created, create an item and send/do not send follow up messages by posting updates in this item
Once you click on the recipe you will be asked to enter connect your monday.com account with your Intercom account :
Then, you will be asked to log in to your Intercom account using your login credentials as shown below:
Now, you are connected to your Intercom account and can get started integrating with monday.com!
Once you've connected your account, you will get to the integration window. This is where you will be able to set up your integration recipe. When you choose to create an item, you can choose what fields from Intercom will map to the corresponding columns on your monday.com board.
After the fields of the recipe are set up, you can start an Intercom conversation.
You will then see the item created within your monday.com board along with further replies to the conversation added to the updates section of the relevant item.

After you add this integration to your board, you will notice that an "Intercom Conversation" column will automatically be added to your board and will map the Conversation ID to this column as well as provide a direct link to the conversation within Intercom.
