Whether you're logging in to your monday.com mobile app for the first time, or just got a little stuck this time, this article will sort you right out! We'll show you how to sign in to your account from the mobile app, or how to sign up for the first time to an existing monday.com account!
Download the app
First, make sure that the monday.com app is downloaded to your mobile device. You can download it by searching "monday.com" in your iOS or Android app store or click this link for Android or this one for iOS! It should look something like this:
When you first open up your monday.com app, you'll see the welcome screen below. Click "Next" to Log in!
Now, you have two login options. You can either enter the email address you used to create your account, or you can log in using Google, Slack, or Linkdin by clicking the app's icon. If you select one of these apps and are already signed in to it on your mobile, you will enter straight into the monday.com app at this point! If you choose to enter your email address, keep reading!
Next, you'll be asked if you want to log in to your account using the email address you provided. If everything looks good, click "Join".
In the event that our system recognizes more than one account associated with your email address, you'll be prompted to enter your account's domain in the field below. Don't worry about it if you don't know what it's called, just click "Forgot your account URL?" and we'll send a link to your email!
Now, you can either enter your password or click "Log in with Google" to head straight into your app!
Are you joining an existing account?
If you're a new member joining an existing account on monday.com, your login process will look a little bit different! You can easily join an account using your Gmail, Slack, or LinkedIn (as shown in the previous section), or by creating a new profile within your workplace's account.
When you enter your email, our system will recognize your email address's domain if matches your team members' email addresses, and suggest that you join an existing account! Click "Join"!
Next, you'll be sent an email inviting you to your team's account. Click "Open email app" to be redirected to your email, where you can click the invite link.
Now, you can create your profile! Enter your full name as you'd like it to appear within your account into the first field, and then create a password for your account in the second field. When you're ready, click "Next" and you'll head straight into the app!
Do you have more than one account?
If you have more than one monday.com account, you will be able to choose which one you'd like to log into. After you enter your email address, you will be prompted to enter your account's URL.
When you're ready, click "Next".
Alternatively, you can click "Send a link to my email" to receive a magic link. Head over to your email inbox to authenticate your account using the magic link. When you've authenticated, head back into the app to complete the log in process!
Logging in a guest?
If you've been invited to an account as a guest, after you enter your email, you'll see the following screen:
You can either select "Log in as a guest" to enter your password, or you can log in with Google and head straight into the app!
Forgot your password?
If you forgot your password, just click "Forgot password" at the bottom of the screen when you are prompted to enter your password, and we will send a link to your email address!
Open up the email, and use the link to reset your password in the screen below. Then, you can use the new password to continue where you left off logging in!
