The table widget allows you view your projects data in a glance! With that widget, you can display the information from multiple board in just one place. It is great to get an overview of a specific topic from different boards, it also can be used to show the connections between a high-level to specific project board, to track where projects stand and see the big picture as a team!
How to add it?
Click on "Add New" at the top of the Dashboard page to see the list of options and select Table.
How does it work?
Step 1: Choose your boards
Once the Table widget is added choose the boards you would like to get information from. You can select up to 5 boards for that widget.
Step 2: Choose the relevant groups
Choose the relevant groups you want to focus on so any un-relevant groups will interrupt you.
You will see the option to select all of them or just a select few groups you want to see. This is great if you want to track similar topic groups. In our example, let's say we only want to look at the months of January to March.
Export your table
You can export your table to Excel by clicking on the three dots menu ad selecting " export Excel" as below:
Resize your table widget
Once done, you can resize your widget the way you want it to be as below:
