The table widget allows you to display multiple boards in just one place. In addition, you can also select which specific group of each board you want to see.
How to add it?
Click on "Add New" at the top of the Dashboard page to see the list of options and select Table.
How to rename it?
Once added, you can rename your widget. To do so, click on the arrow on the right of the widget's title and select "rename"
How to delete it?
To delete, rename or view the Table Widget in full screen, simply click on the drop-down menu next to My Widget-
How does it work?
Step 1: Choose your boards
Once the Table widget is added choose the boards you would like to get information from. You can select up to 5 boards for that widget.
Let's say for example we want to keep track of two restaurants we are managing. We will go ahead and select these two boards.
Step 2: Choose the relevant groups
Choose the relevant groups you want to focus on so any un-relevant groups will interrupt you.
You will see the option to select all of them or just a select few groups you want to see. This is great if you want to track similar topic groups. In our example, let's say we only want to look at the operation group.
Resize your table widget
Once done, you can resize your widget the way you want it to be as below:
The Table widget is great to get an overview of a specific topic from different boards, it also can be used to show the connections between a high-level to specific project board, to track where projects stand and see the big picture as a team!
