How to contact support

 

Overview

This article will walk you through all available options for contacting support on the platform and via our external support site. 

 

Outside of the platform 

There are three ways to contact support from outside of the platform.

  1. Live chat
  2. Within Knowledge Base articles
  3. Support page

 

Live chat

When browsing our help center, you'll see the option to begin a live chat pop-up on the bottom right corner of your screen:

Click here to open Tim, our AI support assistant:

If you need to speak with a monday.com support agent, Tim can point you in the right direction.

 

Knowledge Base articles

At the bottom of every Knowledge Base article, you will find an interstitial with support options:

From here you can:

  1. Launch a chat
  2. open Community
  3. or seek out Expert help from our partners

 

Support page

Find resources or create a ticket from our Support page.

From here, you can:

  1. start a chat with Tim, our AI support assistant
  2. access all self-service resources from the Knowledge Base, Academy, or Community
  3. Contact sales to learn more about Premium Support
  4. access expert help via our Partners site

 

Within the platform

There are two ways to contact support from within the platform:

  1. Through the help icon
  2. Through Sidekick

 

The help icon

At the top right of your monday.com account, you'll see a question mark:

This icon will open the in-platform help center. Here you can:

  1. Contact support
  2. View essential support articles
  3. Links to the Knowledge Base, Academy, and Community
  4. Contact the CEOs
  5. Click Support History to trigger an email summary of your support conversations
  6. Review our API documentation

If you click Contact support, a window with Tim, our AI support assistant, will open in your platform:

If you need to speak with a monday.com support agent, Tim can point you in the right direction:

Sidekick

You can contact support through Sidekick. You can open Sidekick in two ways. 

To open Sidekick from a board, click the icon in the top right corner of any board:

You can also open Sidekick from the option in the left pane:

While chatting with Sidekick, you'll see the option to contact support in two places:

  1. at the top of the chat window on the right
  2. at the bottom of the conversation window in your chat
