As a CRM user, you might often want to send marketing materials directly to contacts you already manage within your CRM boards. You can now seamlessly use CRM contacts directly within monday campaigns by using the Import from CRM feature.
How does it work?
Select any CRM board and import its contacts to your campaign board. To add the contact, all you have to do is update a column value to Marketing Contact. Don't worry -- we'll walk you through how to set it up in no time and get to this simple final step.
Importing from CRM to monday campaigns
Locate the Import from CRM button located at the top of your screen and click on it:
Select the CRM contacts (currently the only board supported for import) and click on Continue:
Lastly, follow the steps listed in the guide that will pop up in the following screen:
Open up the board in the link provided in the first step, locate the Marketing Status column, choose the relevant contacts and change their status to Marketing Contact. When done, then navigate back to your monday campaigns account, click on Finish to close the popup instructions, and see how they've been added to the board. As of now, only the item name and email will be copied over.

Utilize mirror columns to follow leads
As marketers, often communication with sales can get lost once a campaign has been sent out. By using mirror columns, you can ensure that you are kept in the loops about sales status and any other values like opportunities, deal value, and so on by adding mirror columns. With these columns, you can keep track of leads at every point and see real time updates as the sales team updates the board.
