The sales gauge widget is a visual tool designed to help you track performance vs. targets in real time. Use it to monitor revenue, sales pipeline progress, or any other numeric KPI you need to track.
It's a great solution for sales reps, managers, and executives to have an at-a-glance snapshot of monthly, quarterly, or annual goals.
The customizable widget features functionality that aligns with industry standards for performance tracking and also monitors individual team and performance quickly.
Add the widget
To add the widget, open a dashboard and select + Add widget, then click on Gauge widget:
The widget will open, and from there you can adjust the settings to customize your widget:
Here you can define the Actual value (performance) like deals won, employees hired, etc. The performance is a column that you can choose from your boards.
Next, define your Target value, which is the goal you wish to reach whose performance is measured. For example, you could track 1000 deals won, 500 employees hired, and so on. The target is a numeric value that should be set up manually in the widget settings.
Adjust widget settings
You can easily adjust widget settings by clicking on the settings icon and defining the following:
By default, the widget appears as a radial gauge. You can also change the widget to display a linear visualization:
