Online monday.com certification

Our online certification courses are self-paced courses that include lessons, quizzes and a final exam. To receive your official certification, you’ll need to pass the exam with a minimum score of 85%. Our certifications are based on our product lines and different roles within monday.com

Product-based certification

Product-based certifications will allow you to become an expert in the specific monday.com product you're most interested in.

• monday work management core certification: This core program teaches you the ins and outs of monday work management including building efficient workflows, ensuring smooth rollouts, and using features to support your work.

 

• monday sales CRM certification: This certification is for those implementing monday sales CRM for enterprise clients. You'll learn how to connect various aspects of the sales cycle and customer data, set up workflows and dashboards, and customize monday sales CRM.

 

Role-based certification

Role-based certifications will allow you to become an expert in various areas of monday.com to best complement your particular area of expertise.

• API certification - This certification is for developers looking to build custom API solutions for companies or professional implementers with a technical approach. You’ll learn how to build monday.com apps using our API to meet clients needs.

 

• Admin certification - This certification is for monday.com account admins. You’ll learn how to manage monday.com accounts, set the right policies and settings, and make sure you’re getting the most out of your account structure.

How to get certified

 

The certification process is simple. Once you decide which certification is for you, sign up and get access to the course by email.

Now it’s time to start learning! Work through the self-paced, extensive lessons and quizzes and enjoy learning how to sharpen your monday.com expertise. Once you’ve completed the learning path, it’s time to take the multiple-choice exam. You must receive a grade of 85% to pass.

If you don’t pass the first time, don’t worry, you can take it again until you reach the end of the learning period, which varies by certification. 

Once you pass, you'll receive your certificate and you'll be ready to call yourself a monday.com expert!

In-person certification workshops

In-person certification workshops are your chance to get together with other monday.com enthusiasts for a day of learning and hands-on practice. All of our workshops take a deep dive into strategies for maximizing your use of monday.com and give you a chance to practice together with our in-house experts. 

When you register for a workshop, you’ll also gain access to our online certification program. This means that you can study at home before the big day to be as prepared as possible. Once you finish the certification exam, you’ll be officially certified.
