It's easier than ever to review your team's automation and integration usage with the Account usage page. This page will tell you everything you need to know about your team's use of these features across your account.
What is account usage?
The Account usage page will give you insight into your account's automation, integration, and monday workflows usage during the current billing period. Some of the things you can review on this page include:
- your overall action usage for the current billing period
- your overall action usage for past billing cycles
- the number of boards using automations, and integrations
- a breakdown of the boards using the most actions
Read on to find out everything that you can view on the Account usage page.
Accessing the Account usage page
From a board
To access the Account usage page, open the Automation center, which is accessed from the Automate button on the top right side of your board, and then click the Usage tab:
From the Administration section
Open the main menu on your account, and select Administration:
Once in the Administration section, open the Usage Stats tab from the menu on the left. Then select either the Automations or Integrations tabs to review your account's action usage:
Action usage
At the top of the account usage page, you'll see an overview of your action usage for the tab you've chosen (either Automations or Integrations) for the current billing period.
Below the progress bar, you'll see a reminder of the total number of actions available to your account and your current plan.
To the right, you will see your Projected actions for the current billing period. This number is based on your current usage and is the number of actions you can expect to use by the end of the billing period if your usage remains the same, without any reduction or increase in action usage.
Active automations
This box displays the total number of active automations (or integrations) in use across your entire account during the current billing period.
Creators
This box displays the total number of users on your account who have created automations (or integrations) during the current billing period.
Boards

Active workflows

Top boards
This pie chart shows which boards used the most automations (or integrations) during the current billing period.
On the right you will see a key for the chart, with the names of the boards listed in descending order.
You can export this data to CSV using the download icon in the top right corner of the info box.
Top creators
This pie chart shows which users created the automations (or integrations) that used the most actions during the current billing period. On the right you will see a key for the chart, with the names of the users listed in descending order.
You can export this data to CSV using the download icon in the top right corner of the info box. The CSV will show the top 50 creators rather than the top 5 that are visible on the Account usage page.
Top automations
This section lists the top automations (or integrations) in descending order according to how many actions were used by the automations (or integration) template.
There are four columns:
Automation (or Integration): This column shows the name of the automation. Clicking on the name of the automation or integration will open the automation or integration.
Board: This column shows the name of the board where the Automation (or Integration) lives. If you click on the name of the board in blue, you will be redirected to the board.
Owner: This column shows the avatar image for the user who created and owns the automation or integration.
Actions: This column shows the number of actions used by the Automation (or Integration). In parenthesis, it shows what percentage of total actions usage that the automation's actions represent.
You can export the data in this table to CSV using the download icon in the top right corner of the info box. The CSV will show the top 50 automations rather than the top 5 that are visible on the Account usage page.
