Activating WorkCanvas
Registration for WorkCanvas is free. As soon as you sign up to WorkCanvas, you can invite other members to your account, create teams, projects, and canvases!
If you are being invited to a WorkCanvas account you may receive an invitation via email. You can accept the invitation from within the email, after which you’ll be asked to set up a password and will be redirected to the home page to start collaborating right away.
Understanding pricing
WorkCanvas has three plans when signing up to ensure you have all the tools and capabilities you need to explore the product and its potentials! You can access all plan details and registration for a plan on the WorkCanvas website.
You can also update your existing plan from within your profile settings. To access Billing within your account, select the profile icon in the top right-hand corner of your home page, and then select "Billing".
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your WorkCanvas subscription at any time. To cancel your subscription, go to your profile settings by clicking on the profile icon in the top right-hand corner of your home page, and then select "Billing". From the billing page, you can select "Update plan", choose the "Monthly" option and select the "Free plan". Once selected, you can confirm the downgrade.
