Reporting bugs on monday.com


No one is perfect, even us! Although we strive to make monday.com as polished as possible, sometimes there are bugs. A bug means something is not working properly. If you're battling with a bug, we recommend trying the following steps:


Step 1

Check that you're using the latest version of your browser. We recommend using Google Chrome for the best experience, but monday.com works best with the latest versions of Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge.


Step 2

Try a different browser. If a different browser doesn’t help, we recommend clearing your cache and cookies and disabling all extensions from your current browser.


Step 3

Refresh the page. Sometimes a simple refresh solves the issue. 😊

Contact us!

The steps above didn't work? When you report your bug, include the following information:

  1. The version of monday.com you're using (i.e. mobile, desktop, web)
  2. If you're on the web, which browser are you using?
  3. Describe the bug.
  4. Does the bug happen to other team members?
  5. Screenshots! They help our team to help you.
