Do you have certain Boards, Dashboards, or WorkDocs that are critical to your workflow? Want to limit the time searching for your most-used boards and have them easily accessible for whenever you need?
That's exactly why we've added Favorites. With this feature, you are able to select your preferred and most frequently used boards and have them appear at the top of your Workspaces list for quick, easy access! So useful to prioritize and stay focused on what’s at hand.
Locating the favorites section
To locate the favorites section, click to expand the left panel of your account. From here, click into the Workspace dropdown menu and then click on "Favorites" as below.
Add a Board, Dashboard, or WorkDoc to your favorites
To add a Board, Dashboard, or WorkDoc to your favorites, you can click on the dropdown arrow next to the board name, and select the star icon to the right of its title as so:
An alternative option to favorite a Board, Dashboard, or WorkDoc is by right-clicking on its title from the left pane of your account and selecting "Add to favorites" from the resulting menu.
Add a folder to your favorites
To further organize the information in your favorites section, try adding folders! To do this, click on the three-dot menu above "Favorites" and click on "New Folder". Then, click on the newly created folder to rename it and drag any of your favorited Boards, Dashboards, or WorkDocs into it!
View a board's workspace
Using the favorites section but forgot which workspace your Board, Dashboard, or WorkDoc actually belongs to? No worries if this is the case, we've got you covered!
Simply hover over the name of your Board, Dashboard, or WorkDoc and click on the three-dot menu that appears. From here, you can click on "View in workspace" to instantly view that Board, Dashboard, or WorkDoc within the workspace that it lives in!
