If you have paid for a yearly or two yearly account in the last 30 days, you are entitled to a prorated refund.
To receive the refund, the admin on the account should:
- Click on their avatar on their monday.com account
- Click on Admin
- Click on Billing
- Cancel the account
The account will automatically receive a prorated refund. An admin can cancel the account from a web browser only. For more information about how to cancel your account, check out this article.
If you have paid for a yearly account and more than 30 days have passed since you paid or you have paid for a monthly subscription, you are not entitled to a refund.
You can cancel your account and continue to have access to the account for the remainder of the billing period. To cancel the account, the admin of the account should follow the instructions above.
