The Individual Plan

The individual plan offers you all the very basic features of the platform. If you are using monday.com to organize your projects in a simple way, this plan is for you. The individual plan is free and includes the following features: 

• Main boards with limitation

The main boards are accessible and visible by all your team members. You can create as many main boards as you want however, the total amount of items you can create in your account is limited. To learn more about the free plan and its limitations, check out this article. 

• コミュニケーション 

You can communicate with your team members in context using the @mention. You can also create teams and manage all your files through the updates section of each item. 

• 簡易検索機能

You can use the board filter located on each of your board to filter the tasks you are assigned to or just any specific information within your board. You can learn more about it just here. If you would like to filter anything across your monday.com account, you may need the Search Everything available from our standard plan below. 👇

• カラムセンター（制限あり）

Most of the columns of the column center are available on the free plan except the formula and the time tracking columns. To learn more about our column choices, check out this article.

• ファイルビュー

The Files View allows you to see all the files uploaded within your board in one place. You can view them as a list or as thumbnails. From there, you can download the files, preview them, or open them in the update section they are connected to. To learn more about it, check out this article.

• フォームビュー

Convert your boards into forms in just one click. Send them to your contacts and watch the information roll in as new items. Click on the Add View tab to add this feature to your board! Check out this article to learn more about it!

• Kanban View

Dashboards are a great way to display what's important in just one place. With 15 available widgets users can now understand project progress, track budget, estimate teammates workload, and much more! In the Free plan, you can create as many dashboards and widgets as you’d like. But, each dashboard can contain information from 1 board.  

• 500 MB Storage

More storage means more space to save files, images, and important documents.

 

The Basic Plan

The basic plan offers you all the very basic features of the platform. It is great if you are using monday.com to organize your projects in a simple way and to communicate and collaborate internally. The basic plan includes the following features:

• 閲覧者（招待数に制限なし）

You can invite as many viewers as you want in your account. This will not count towards your billing plan. To learn more about viewers, click here. 

• メインボード

Main boards are accessible and visible by all your team members. You can create an unlimited number of main boards for your team and yourself. You also get access to our board templates if you need any inspiration. 

• コミュニケーション 

You can communicate with your team members in context using @ mention. You can also create teams and manage all your files through the updates section of each item.

You can use the board filter located on each of your boards to filter the tasks you are assigned to or to filter any specific information within your board. You can learn more about it here. The Standard Plan

• 250の自動化/外部ツール連携

Do you want to remove manual steps and automate your processes? Looking to integrate monday.com with other platforms? Integrate with Excel, Google Drive, Dropbox, and your calendar on an unlimited basis on the Standard plan.

• 5 boards per dashboards

Dashboards are a great way to display what's important in just one place. With 15 available widgets, members can now understand project progress, track budget, estimate their teammates' workload, and much more! In the Standard plan, you can create as many dashboards and widgets as you like. But, each dashboard can contain information from 5 boards.  

• 20 GB Storage

More storage means more room to save files, images, and important documents.

 

The Pro Plan

The Pro plan is the plan used for your trial. It is the most sophisticated plan that we offer. It includes everything in the Basic and Standard plans plus the following features:

A private board will only be seen by the member who created the board and anyone that they invite to the board. This board type is great for when you would like to create a project, to-do list, or plan before executing it with your team. To learn more about private boards, click right here.

• The Tags Column

The Enterprise Plan

The Enterprise plan is our most advanced plan. It includes all the features of the Pro plan plus the following:

• 250,000 Automations/ Integrations

Do you want to remove manual steps and automate your processes? Looking to integrate monday.com with other platforms? On the Enterprise plan, you are allotted 250,000 actions for Automations and 250,000 actions for Integrations each month. With this plan, you have access to the panic button. The panic button allows you to momentarily block your account in case your team's login credentials have been compromised. You will also get access to control the session timeout which allows you to control your team's sessions and no activity time-out. 

• Single Sign-On 

No need to store more passwords in your head! You can now login with your SAML account (Okta, One login, or custom SAML). Check out this article to learn more about it.

• IP restrictions

Admins of an Enterprise plan have the ability to pre-define specific IP addresses which will be able to join the account. This can be extremely useful if you are looking to restrict account access to users joining from a specific location (i.e. from the office), those using a certain VPN, or more. The audit log allows Admins to see when team members have last logged into the account, what device they used, and what their IP address for the session was. It allows the Admins to spot any suspicious activities and activate the panic button if needed.
