About Shareable Boards
Shareable Boards are boards that you can share with outside users (guests) such as contractors, clients, freelancers, lawyers, graphic designers, etc. It gives you the ability to collaborate on specific projects with your outside users without giving them access to your full account, making it helpful in keeping track of their progress and yours.
How to create a Shareable Board
To create a Shareable board, click on the + icon located on the top left of your screen and then "New Board".
Then, you will be able to choose whether you want your board to be main, shareable or private.
Why are they useful?
Similar to Private Boards, Shareable Boards can only be seen and used by their subscribers, whether those are company members or guests. The idea behind shareable boards is that you have the ability to also share projects with external guests without allowing access to the full account.
Note: Admins of an Enterprise plan will be able to see high-level details of a shareable board such as its name, subscribers, and creation date via the content directory.
Your guests will only be able to see the shareable boards you are sharing with them and will not see any other boards. Below is an example of what a guest's account may look like:

On which plan are Shareable Boards included?
Shareable boards can be found in the Standard plan. With this plan, you can invite up to three guests for free. The fourth guest will count as a billed user within your billing plan.
If you upgrade to the pro plan, you'll receive unlimited amount of guests. For more information about the guests pricing, check out this article.
Requesting access to a Shareable Board
If you've stumbled upon a Shareable Board that you do not have access to, you'll find the below error message. In order to instantly request access to the Shareable Board, you can click on the blue "Request access" button as below:
Clicking this button will send a notification to all board owner(s) of this Shareable Board, showing that you've requested access. By clicking on the notification, the board owners will be directed to the subscribers page to grant you access to this Shareable Board if they so choose.
