The Knowledge Base

Our Knowledge Base is filled with articles and videos that will help you answer all your questions! It covers a range of topics from getting started and creating boards all the way to complicated formulas and integrations. 

To locate the Knowledge Base from within your own monday.com account, click on the little question mark at the top right-hand corner of your screen. From here, you can click on one of our popular articles displayed front and center, click to access our full Knowledge Base, or search for an article using the search bar!

Academy

Head over to the monday academy, where you can learn everything there is to know about monday.com through self-paced courses and on-demand webinars.

The monday Community is the place to go if you're looking to share ideas, ask questions, discover real-life use cases, and connect with like-minded people that use monday.com!

To become a member and join our awesome community, simply go to https://community.monday.com/ and click the blue "Sign Up" button at the top right of the page:

monday Community feedback 

Your product feedback and ideas are so valuable to us! That's why we've created a channel through the community where you can submit ideas and vote on existing ideas suggested by others. Click the "Feature requests" button on the community's homepage to get there.

Scroll through the page to see ideas that have already been suggested by community members. You can see how many other members voted in support of that idea, and search for the feature's category or tags. You can even filter by the status to see which ideas have been included in the roadmap, are under consideration, or have already been released to users.

To submit a new feature request, make sure you are signed into your account, and click "Start a discussion" in the header of the "Feature Requests" section of the community. Fill in your title and description, and select one or more tags before clicking "Create Topic" to publish.

Submitting your ideas and voting helps us understand the potential impact of the features and prioritize them accordingly within our development team.  

 

Facebook group

Another community option that we offer is through a Facebook group called monday.community. Similar to the official monday Community mentioned above, this forum allows you to ask questions, share tips and tricks with other monday.com members, and easily connect with others. Furthermore, our very own monday.com team uses this as a place to share new feature releases, collect feedback, and hear your thoughts on how we can improve!
