Great news-- products have arrived! You can now test, purchase and use your favorite products with just a few clicks. 🎉

We've made overseeing and managing multiple products in one account simple to save you time and energy. In this article, we've compiled our top tips and tricks to ensure that you can manage your products in the most efficient way possible. Keep reading to learn all about it!

 

Explore and trial products

First, make sure you've installed the products you and your team want to use. By clicking on the switcher, the nine dots arranged in a square at the top left of your screen, you can explore our Product store.

Click on any product to explore its capabilities. You can begin your free trial by clicking on the blue "Try for free" button as shown below:

 

Purchase or remove a product

If you choose to, you can purchase a product by following the instructions in this article. You can remove products by following the instructions here.

 

Switch between products

Now that you have products installed on your account, you can easily navigate between them! By using the switcher, the nine dots arranged in a square at the top left of your screen, you can jump between your products at any time:

 

Manage user access to products

User management section

The user management section will be your go-to place to manage which users have access to each product on your account. Only the account admin(s) have access to this tool.

To manage a user's access to a product, simply click on the product logos under the "Products" column. From here, you can tick the box next to a product's name to approve or remove access.

 

Product overview page

You can also manage user access to each product through a product's overview page. To do this, expand your left pane and click on the three-dot menu to the right of the product's name. When the menu opens, click on the first option, the overview page for that product.

To manage users from a product's overview page, click on the "Invite" button on the top right. You can add a user to the product by searching for their name with the search bar and clicking on the user's name to add them. To remove a user, find their name in the list of existing users and click the "x" to the right of their name.
