Where can I find my invoices?

 

Whenever you purchase a monday.com subscription, you will be able to find your invoices in the billing tab of your admin section. 

 

Note: It can take up to 24 hours for the invoice to upload to the billing section within the platform. Only admins of the account can access the invoices and receive invoices by email.

 

Where can I find my invoices?

To find your invoices, follow these steps:

 

  • Step 1

Click your Profile Picture and select "Administration" as shown below:

  • Step 2

Once in the administration section, click on "Billing" and then "Invoices":

From there you will be able to see all your invoices.

 

Note: The billing tab of the Administration section is only available in the web browser version of monday.com and not on the app versions of the platform. 

 

  • Step 3

To view the full invoice, click "View". This is what a full invoice looks like:

Where can I update my invoice details?

To update your invoice details, click on the Billing section, and select "Settings":

Once done click on "Save settings" to save your changes. Any changes made to these settings will reflect on the next invoice. 

 

 

If you paid by wire

If you paid by wire, you will need to contact your account manager or our support team using our contact form to receive a copy of your invoice.

 

 

VAT Refunds
