Refund eligibility

Initiating a refund

To cancel your subscription, follow these steps. Only an admin may cancel an account. The cancelation must be completed while accessing monday.com in a web browser. If eligible, a prorated refund will automatically be initiated after completing the cancelation process.

Refunds can take between 7-10 business days to appear on your credit card statement.

 

Eligible for a refund

When purchasing an account, you have 30 days within the initial purchase to request a refund. In order to do so, you must provide us a written notice within the 30 days period. We will then refund the  prorata portion of any unused time. Please note that this does not apply for a renewal of a monthly subscription. For more details, please refer to the section below "ineligible for a refund". 

 

Note: Cancelling your account and initiating a refund will immediately block your access to your monday.com account. Please export any important information to a csv before canceling.

Ineligible for a refund

You are not eligible for a refund if:

  • you paid for a yearly account and more than 30 days have passed since you paid
  • you paid for the renewal of a monthly subscription

Accessing your account after canceling

If you canceled your account after renewing a monthly subscription, you will continue to have access to the account for the remainder of your billing period.

If you paid for a yearly subscription and you cancel your account after the first 30 days have passed, you will continue to have access to the account until the end of the year that you've already paid for. At the end of the year, which will complete your billing cycle, your plan will not renew and you will no longer have access to your account.
