Which devices support the mobile app?

 

If you're like us, you'll want to have your monday.com app on every device you own! But have you ever wondered if there are any Android or iOS devices that don't support the monday.com app? Don't worry, we're here to clear everything up! Keep reading to find out exactly where you can download the monday.com app so that you'll always have it with you wherever you go! 😊  

 

Which Android devices support the app? 

Great news - you can download the monday.com app on all Android phones and tablets using Android version 7.0 or above! This means that there are over 13,000 Android devices that support our app! How cool is that?! 😎 

 

Attention: Android users are required to have access to the Google Play Store in order to successfully download the monday.com app. Additionally, Android version 6.0 will no longer receive app updates, so we suggest only using version 7.0 and above.

 

Are some Android devices more compatible?

We know most of you use the monday.com app on your mobile phone, so we work really hard to give you the best possible user experience so you can use the app on the go! While the tablet might support the monday.com app, we highly recommend that you stick with either the mobile or web version for optimal functionality. But don't let that discourage you - we are constantly improving our app for all devices, and would love to hear your feedback

 

Are some Android versions more compatible? 

The newer the Android version of your device, the faster and more powerful it will be! While the app is supported on version 6.0 and above, the older hardware can perform poorly, causing long loading times and frequent crashes due to memory errors and other issues. Android versions 11.0 and 12.0 are the most recent and most reliable! 

 

Which iOS devices support the app?

You can download your monday.com app on any iPhone and iPad with the iOS 14 operating system and above. You can also download the app on the iPod Touch, but some features may not be available.

Unfortunately, we do not yet support the Apple Watch or Apple TV, but stay tuned! We're constantly improving our app and our goal is for you to use the app whenever you want, wherever you are!

 

How do I know which version of the app I am on?

Check out the version you are using in the Settings menu of your monday.com app. We recommend always updating your app to the latest version so you can enjoy our latest features and bug fixes!
