The Panic Button

 

Who can use this feature:
Admins
Available for Enterprise only

 

Have your team's login credentials been compromised? Did you notice any fishy activity on your account? Don't worry, we have a panic button just for that! 🆘

By activating "Panic mode", your account will momentarily be blocked and no one (including account admins) will be able to access the account until the admin of the account sends a request to our team right here.

 

Activating Panic mode

To activate Panic mode, go to the admin section of your account. From there, click on "Security" and then select "Advanced".Untitled design (5).gif

 

Once there, click on the red "Activate Panic mode" button, as shown below.Group 22.png

 

If you're certain that you want to activate Panic mode, select "Yes, activate Panic mode" on the screen that pops up.Group 22 (1).png

 

Recovering your account

If Panic mode has been activated on your account and you can no longer access it, please make sure to contact us right here. We will investigate and send you the instructions to unblock your account and reinforce the security. 

 

Note: Only account admins are able to unblock the account. If you are not the account admin, please reach out to them so they can contact our support to recover the account.
