The monday.com for nonprofit program offers significant discounts for eligible nonprofit organizations. In this article, you will learn how to make sure your account is set up on the nonprofit plan and which features are included in that plan.
Is my account on the nonprofit plan?
If your account has been set up on the non profit plan, we should be able to see it in two places:
1. Below your profile picture
At the bottom left of your screen right below your profile picture, you will see "Nonprofit" written in green as shown below:
2. In your billing section
If you are an admin of the account, you will be able to see your plan type by clicking on your profile picture, selecting "Admin" and then "Billing".
Which features are included in my nonprofit plan?
The nonprofit plan includes all Pro features as well as a few Enterprise features and are listed as follows:
- 1000 GB Storage
- 5 years Activity log
- Up to 250,000 automation and integration actions
- 50 boards per dashboard
- Private Workspaces
- Pivot table

My account is not on the nonprofit plan
If you are a nonprofit user but your account is not set on the nonprofit plan please try the following:
- Refresh your page
- Try to login via incognito mode
