The features available on your Enterprise account

It's better with you here. 🥳  You may be wondering what's so great about the Enterprise plan and why it's exactly what you need in your life. We're here to show you exactly what sets Enterprise plans above all others and how you can maximize all of the features available exclusively to Enterprise users! 

Privacy, permissions, and security

We know that you have important and sensitive data in your account, and we want you to know how safe and secure it is with monday.com! Here are some of the measures we take to ensure that your data is as secure as possible:

  • Closed Workspaces 

Group_100.pngWorkspaces provide your account with a hierarchy of organization, allowing you to group boards and dashboards. Only Enterprise users can create Closed Workspaces, which hide all boards and dashboards within the Closed Workspace from account users who are not subscribed. Utilizing this feature is a great way to protect sensitive data and to make sure that the users of your account can only access data that is relevant to them.  

  • Advanced account permissions

Take control of your account with advanced permissions! You can choose who has the ability to edit data across your entire account, from items, columns, boards, and dashboards to a larger scale of workspaces and your account as a whole. 

  • Secure log-in

We offer several options to add extra layers of security to your sign-in process. You can choose from (and combine) Two-Factor Authentication,  SAML single sign-on, and SCIM with Azure AD, OneLogin, or OKTA.  

  • HIPAA

You can enable HIPAA compliance on your Enterprise account! The Health Insurance Portability and AccountabilityAct (HIPAA) is designed to help protect people’s healthcare data. Organizations such as hospitals, doctors' offices, health plans, or just any company dealing with protected health information (PHI) are required to be HIPAA compliant. This may also extend to companies that work with these businesses and come into contact with PHI on their behalf. This article goes into even more details about what it entails and how to activate compliance.  

  • Audit Log 

The Audit Log can be accessed from the "Security" tab of the Admin section. This tab gives the account admin a detailed report of all account security-related activity. In this section, you can see when users have last logged in and out of the account, from which device, and what their IP address for the session was. The log also displays vulnerable events such as failed logins, the download of attachments, the export of board data, etc. This allows Admins to control and spot any suspicious activities and activate the Panic Button if needed.

  • Panic Button

The Panic Button can be activated through the admin section if the admin detects suspicious activity in the account. By activating Panic Mode, your account will momentarily be blocked and no one will be able to access it until the admin of the account sends a request to our Customer Success team. This feature is available exclusively to Enterprise accounts. 

  • IP restrictions

Admins of an Enterprise plan have the ability to pre-define specific IP addresses which will be able to join the account. This can be extremely useful if you are looking to restrict account access to users joining from a specific location (i.e. from the office), those using a certain VPN, or more. To learn more about how IP restrictions work, check out this article.

  • Sessions Log and duration

In the "Security" tab of the Admin section, you can view and control the sessions of your account members. The sessions are grouped by user and show their entire session history. In the event that there are any security concerns with a user or a user's session, the admin can sign out account members right from the Sessions Log. You can also visit the "Advanced" tab to set a session duration. Here, you can either set an automatic logout after a certain amount of inactive time has passed for a user or an automatic logout for all users after a certain amount of time even if they have been active on the platform.

  • Advanced Onboarding

Our Advanced Onboarding package is designed to set you up for success in the long run. With this plan, you will receive 10-20 hours* of value with an assigned Implementation Consultant to get you started on monday.com and ensure that your priority workflows are implemented and in use. The time with your Implementation Consultant includes workflow discovery, face-to-face consultation sessions, and offline preparation work.

  • Higher automation and integrations limit

  • Connect more boards per dashboard

Dashboards are a great way to display what's important in just one place. With 15 available widgets, members can now understand project progress, track budget, estimate their teammates' workload, and much more! In the Enterprise plan, you can create as many dashboards and widgets as you like. But, each dashboard can contain information from 50 boards.  

  • Account Insights

The Account Insights section will provide you with all the analytics and stats you've been waiting for to make sure you're on top of your company's usage at all times. Get insights as deep as which of your teams are using your account the most and how to optimize your usage. This feature is available exclusively to Enterprise accounts and can only be accessed by account admins.

There are loads of platforms that you can integrate with your monday.com account, but the more complicated platforms can only be integrated with your Enterprise account. Let's take a look at what you can do!

We all know how useful dashboard widgets are when collecting insights from our boards. With your Enterprise plan, your team can pull data from 50 different boards into one dashboard, so you can gather data from all of the relevant boards into the widgets of your choice! There are some widgets that go above and beyond to present your data in the most comfortable and customizable way possible.   • Pivot App

Say goodbye to exporting all your data on Excel! Keep all your data in one place and manipulate it the way you want. You can create pivot tables in a snap to understand important metrics from your favorite tools like Zendesk, Slack, Microsoft Office, and more.
