How does the pricing work?

You've finished your trial and are considering purchasing a plan? We are here to assist you in understanding our pricing better. 😊

How to buy a subscription? 

To upgrade your account, click on the upgrade button:



Alternatively, you can upgrade by clicking the following:

  • Your profile picture in the bottom left corner
  • Admin
  • Billing
  • Upgrade 



Note:  The upgrade functionality is currently only available on the web version of monday.com


Pick your subscription duration 

We offer two types of subscriptions: monthly and yearly. Whenever you purchase a plan, the payment is in one payment (so if you purchase a plan for one year, you will pay for one year upfront). 


Tip: Toggle between yearly and monthly in the upper, left-hand corner to pick your duration.




Select the appropriate number of seats for your team

The pricing works per group of seats and not per seat. If you have a team of 8 for instance, you may choose the 10 seat option. The price will display per month for the entire 10 seats. 


The system will take into account how many seats are currently activated on your account. If you would like to choose a plan that is lower than the current number of seats that you have in your account, please deactivate the appropriate number of people. If your trial has expired and you're looking to upgrade your account, the screen will appear to upgrade your account with the number of seats that you currently have occupied. If you'd like to decrease the number of seats before upgrading and your account trial has already expired, please contact us for assistance!


Choose your plan 

We offer four type of plans:"Basic", "Standard", "Pro", or "Enterprise". Check out the "What are the differences amongst all plans?" article to understand better the difference between each plan. This article will also give you a better understanding of what features and benefits you get with each type of plan.



Enter your payment details

Enter your payment information into the cart to fully process the payment. Once done, click on "Submit Purchase", and you are done!

If you are a European registered company with a VAT, please enter your VAT ID before processing the payment to avoid paying the tax.
