To reach the Knowledge base from your mobile app, access your Settings page by clicking the three dot "More" option in the lower right corner of your home screen. Then, scroll down to the bottom of your Settings page to find "Knowledge Base" in the "Support & Feedback" section:
You'll be redirected to our Knowledge base right inside your mobile app! Search a keyword or question into the search bar or scroll through the different categories to read up on topics you're less familiar with:

Choose the option that is relevant to you in the "Support & Feedback" section at the bottom of your Settings menu. An email will be automatically generated to our Customer Success team and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
