If you find you have questions about your mobile app but can't seem to figure out where to go for help then keep reading! We'll show you everything you need to know in this article! 📚


Knowledge Base

The Knowledge Base is a help center filled with articles, videos, and webinars that will help you answer all your questions! It covers topics from getting started and creating boards all the way to complicated formulas and integrations. Not only can you reach it from your mobile app, but there's an entire section dedicated to helping you become a pro with your app! 


How to get there

To reach the Knowledge Base from your mobile app, click the hamburger menu at the top left corner of your screen, like this:


Now that you've opened the left pane, scroll to the bottom and click "Settings".


Scroll down to the bottom of your Settings menu, and click "Knowledge Base", like this:


You'll be redirected to our Knowledge Base right inside your mobile app! Search a keyword or question into the search bar, or scroll through the different categories to read up on topics you're less familiar with!


Click "Mobile App" to look through all of the articles we've written to help you navigate the mobile app.

If you still haven't quite found what you're looking for, or have a question about something you read, reach out to our Customer Success Team! Let's check out a few ways you can do this.

  • Knowledge Base

While inside the Knowledge Base, you'll see a purple question mark in the bottom right corner of your screen. Click this button to launch a question form right from inside your app! Just fill out the form and hit "Send"!


  •  Left Pane

From your mobile app's left pane, click "Contact Us", like this:


You'll see a pop-up window at the bottom of your screen with 3 options:

  1. Report a problem - this will open up an email where you can explain any bug or issue you are having with your app or browser. When you're finished, just click "Send"! 
  2. Give us feedback - this will open up an email where you can let us know any comments, suggestions, or ideas you have about monday.com or your mobile app! We love to hear from you!
  3. Have a question? - this will open up an email where you can ask any questions you may have about your browser or mobile app. 


  • Email us from your mobile

You can email us directly from wherever you're comfortable - your mobile email apps, your mobile browser, or from your desktop!
