Mobile app - My working status


If you're out of office, working from home, or taking a sick day, you may want your teammates to know when you're not available. Instead of sending everyone an email, you can easily change your working status straight from your mobile app!

Note:  Right now, working status updates are only available for iOS users. We're working on bringing it to Android soon!


What is your working status?

Your working status is a public status that lets your team members know your working availability. Your status can indicate if you're working from home, out sick, on break, out of office, working outside, in family time mode, or if you do not wish to be disturbed.



How to change your status on the mobile app

To change your working status, access your Settings page by clicking the "More" tab in the lower right corner of your home screen. Then, click "View Profile" under your avatar:


Here, you will see the option to add your working status under your name. Click "Add Status" and choose one if you happen to be out of office:



How to check your team member's status

Easily view the working status of any of your team members! The icon that represents their working status will appear at the bottom left corner of their profile picture whenever they appear on your board, such as in the Updates Section or in the People Column.


If you want to check the working status of someone specific, search for them in the "My Team" category of your Settings page: 



Note:  Account admins have the ability to control the working statuses for their entire account. This means if your admin has turned off your account's working statuses, you and your teammates will not have the ability to set statuses. 


More settings

If you already know what days you'll be out of office, you can set your working status ahead of time to change automatically when the time comes! You can even turn off your notifications while you're busy or out of the office! To complete either of these actions, head over to your browser and follow the simple steps in this article
