And you can share your account with one other person, which is ideal is you're looking to manage a student organization with another org leader or collaborate with a study partner or classmate for a presentation. How you use your account is up to you! 

 

Free Plan features

For students, we recommend the Free Plan. This plan will give you access to the most essential features of monday.com:

• Main boards with limitations

You can create up to 3 main boards in your account, and up to 200 item across all of your boards.

• The Updates Section

You can save and manage files and notes in the updates section of each item. 

• Files View

The Files Gallery View allows you to see all files uploaded to The Updates Section in one place. You can view them as a list or as thumbnails. From there, you can download the files or preview them.

• Filter and search

You can use the filter on your boards to sift through assignments, sources, schedules, or anything else you choose to manage on your monday.com boards. 

• Forms View
