The Timeline View allows you to see a visual representation of your tasks so you can see who is working on what, and when it's expected to be completed. It also allows you to control the workload of your team directly from your mobile device! ⭐️
Add the Timeline Column
- Step 1
First things first. Add the Timeline Column to your board by clicking on the "+ Add Column" located on the right side of your board:

Next, click any of the cells in the Timeline column to select a time frame. Don't forget to click on "Save" as seen below:
Add the Timeline View
Once your Timeline Column is set up, you can open the Timeline View to visually see all your items in one place. To do so, click on the board view option in the upper left corner of your screen. Then, click on "Timeline":
Filter your Timeline
You can filter the information in your Timeline View directly from the mobile app by using the board filters option. It is a great way to display the relevant information you need at any given time. Click on the filter icon located next to the board view:
Next, apply any filters that suit your needs and click "Done" in the upper right corner of your screen:
Update your items from the Timeline View
Click on any item and the pop-up view will open, allowing you to make changes to your item without needing to toggle between the Timeline and Main Board View. How cool is that?! 🎉
Additional board information
Easily see the activity log, board members, board info, and have the ability to share your board by clicking on the three dot menu in the top right of your screen!
